apartment renovation for a couple with two childrenThe project keeps the bedrooms in their original position and demolishes the fourth room to enlarge the kitchen and extend the living area, along with some minor adjustments to the toilets and laundry room. The interior is articulated through two storage bars set opposite the two balconies. Rather than relying on heroic gestures or iconic finishes, the project focuses on the everyday matters that give meaning to the home. In this way, domestic life becomes architecture: a way of viewing daily routines as a design practice in themselves.
