Three Columns, 2019
Sydney, Australia.

The bookshelf consists of five white melamine boards sustained by twenty-three masonry concrete blocks constructing three columns in the domestic interior. The white paint helps to visually lighten the roughness of the concrete block, while the blue paint helps to reinforce the compositional logic of a column: base, shaft and capital. The bookshelf aims to manifest the cultural relationship between objects and the human body in the everyday life.
