[FICTION] Given the critical drought situation we are currently facing, the government has taken decisive measures to mitigate its impacts. In this regard, a new decree has been enacted, establishing significant restrictions on water use with the primary goal of safeguarding the water supply for households and the production of essential goods.
As part of these precautionary measures, the use of water in the energy industry has been prohibited, directly affecting oil companies and consequently gasoline production.

The old underground tanks at gas stations throughout Spain will be properly cleaned and repurposed to be used as water supply reservoirs. These reservoirs will be available to the Fire Department in emergencies, with strategically located refill stations for their tanker trucks along the national road network. Additionally, in case of water supply cuts, citizens will be allowed to go to these new Water Supply Centers (WSC) to obtain their daily quota of 90 liters per person for domestic use.

It is expected that, in this first phase, approximately 40% of the gas stations will be able to carry out this conversion, thanks to the recently approved economic plan.

Other invited participants of the exhibition were: Ane Arce and Iñigo berasategui (BEAR), Gonzalo Peña and Aránzazu Mier (KRI), Matteo Caro, Vivian Rote and Pablo Saiz del Rio, Pau Jiménez and Lola Zoido (LUSTE), Saúl Baeza (MAYBE).
